Hi! Welcome! Thanks for coming! I'm here to answer your questions. Once you decide to come visit me in person (please do!), the first step is making an appointment for your FREE consultation. This consultation is vital for BOTH of us. I need to touch your face and you need to ask me all the questions. Even if all you want is a little Botox, it is still safer for us to start with the initial evaluation. Sometimes, I can perform initial treatment at the time of the consult as well.
You can expect the following at the consultation:
Discuss your goals
Before pictures
Consent forms
Medical history reviewed (pertinent to your aesthetic journey)
Ultrasound vascular mapping of face (if filler is what you are looking for)
Individualized treatment plan
Budget/financial planning
Booking/scheduling next appointments
So we're on the same page, there are a few policies I uphold:
Open, honest communication
I want you to be honest with me and I will be honest with you about what will and won't be the best options for you
Ask me every question you have
I don't want you leaving with doubts about what is to come
Tell me what makes you nervous or anxious. Tell me how you tolerate pain.
No pets or emotional support animals allowed in the building
Service animals ARE welcome
The building I am in is a shared space and we want every customer to feel comfortable
Only well-behaved kiddos allowed
Please let me know in advanced and I can help you plan how long you will need distraction/snacks for
Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment
This allows you time to find parking and start filling out consent forms
If you are >15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. For safety and comfort reasons, I don't want to rush your care.
There is a $200 fee for cancellations within 48 hour window
No Call/No shows will be charged 50% of your planned service
I try my best to run on time and respect your time, please understand that my time is valuable as well
I might tell you "No"
There are certain patients who don't qualify for certain procedures based on SO many variables. If I think the procedure would be dangerous for you, if your face/body would be better served with a different procedure or without anything, I WILL let you know or refer you to a different provider who would serve you better. My practice is all about safety, wellness, love, and integrity.
That's all Folks! I hope to see your beautiful faces in my room soon!
Take Care,
